Before the mentorship, I was going through a period of uncertainty about my career, my purpose, and how to understand my own experiences. I had knowledge and professional achievements, but I still struggled to recognize their value and communicate them with confidence.
During the sessions, the conversations were honest, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the moment I was living. My mentor helped me reflect on my career, self-awareness, spirituality, communication, financial life, and personal values. More than receiving advice, I learned to ask better questions, reinterpret my experiences, and recognize both the skills I already had and the ones I still needed to develop.
After the mentorship, I feel more grounded and clear about who I am, what I value, and the direction I want to follow. It changed not only the way I see my career, but also the way I see myself. I finished the journey with greater confidence, self-awareness, and courage to make decisions that are more aligned with the life and professional path I want to build.
